ABOUT US

We started in 1998 as a small engineering auto shop having, then, a maximum capacity of 1.25” diameter. Working out of a corner of a friend's woodworking shop, we were then quoting then for batch quantities of up to 5000. Mostly working in mild steel, we were offering a very quick turn around, and most importantly, a very competitive price to the client.

Gradually increasing our capacity we out grew our first “home and moved into yet another friends premises. This time we had plenty of room, good access and plenty of power and light.

We were now offering “auto” capacity to 1.75” diameter. This doesn't sound a big step but it enabled us to quote for a vast new market. Our competitiveness also increased, taking on, now brass, copper, carbon steel, and the various grades of engineering plastic.

We were now taking on “second opp” jobs that required drilling, milling and shaping. We started to machine castings, which again gave us a bigger market.

We were now three years old and moved to our present building. Our product range has also increased. We have continued to expand, taking on different types of work. We are now offering the following services, and hopefully still keeping our founder's policy of good deliveries, good prices, and good quality. In 2003 we became “Limited”, our founder, Alan Price, is still very much involved in the business.
